Start your morning with the perfect brew. Imagine setting the coffee maker to finish just before sunrise; as the first rays break across the horizon and touch the water, your stress simply melts away. Whether you're sipping coffee on the deck or planning a day of adventure, our home is designed for total relaxation. The Lake & Private Dock: Just a short walk down the driveway and across the road (NY-89), you’ll find your private lake access. Sixteen steps lead you down to the water. The Private Dock: We assess lake conditions throughout May to determine when the dock can safely be installed. This usually occurs around Memorial Day and remains through Labor Day, weather permitting. *If conditions don’t allow the dock to be out by Memorial Day, you still have full access to the lakefront launch area, a perfect spot to sit, soak up the sun, or cast a fishing line. Safety First: Like many lake homes in this area, our lake access and dock are across the road from the house. Please be mindful of traffic and ensure children are accompanied by an adult when crossing. Boater’s Note: The northern part of Cayuga is beautifully shallow. If you’re bringing a boat, please check the depth charts regarding your boat’s draft. For easy loading, the Cayuga State Park boat launch is just 1.5 miles away. Room to Gather, Space to Breathe: The heart of the home is a well-stocked kitchen featuring a large island, the ultimate hub for morning prep and evening toasts. Large French doors lead from the dining area to the deck, blurring the line between indoor comfort and lakeside beauty. For those looking to unwind: Living Room: Features a cozy sectional and a queen sleeper sofa. Sun Room: Acting as the home's main entry, this vibrant space offers two sofas (one queen sleeper), a TV, and a convertible gaming table with mini-foosball and hockey. Need a late start? If your night included a winning streak at the del Lago Casino, every bedroom is equipped with blackout shades to ensure your recovery slumber is undisturbed. Comfort for Everyone: With five bedrooms, we’ve ensured a "lake life" feel for every guest. The View-Seekers: Three of the five bedrooms offer direct, stunning lake views. The Ground Floor Suite: Perfect for those who prefer to avoid stairs, this spacious room is on the main floor with easy access to a full bath and walk-in shower. The Kids’ Hideaway: The second upstairs bedroom features a low loft twin bed with a rolling trundle and its own TV, a dedicated zone just for them. The Lower Level: The walk-out basement features two large bedrooms with king-sized beds, one with a crib if you have a little one, lake views, and TVs, plus a full bathroom and laundry facilities. When you're ready to unwind outdoors, a brand new 5-burner propane grill is available for relaxing and grilling. We offer a spacious private driveway that can comfortably accommodate 5 to 6 standard vehicles, depending on their size. Please Note: We do not provide water toys, like floats or kayaks. The road can be busy at times and care should be taken when crossing to the dock/lake - The steps to the two downstairs bedrooms are a bit steep and shallow. Please take care when going up and down these steps - Full size washer and dryer are available for use during your stay - Cleaning company takes extra precautions for sterilization and preventing the spread of COVID - Ring Security Cameras with spotlights are located at the exterior front and exterior back of home. There are no security cameras in the home or private spaces.

- Start of the driveway is shared but then divides into a private drive and private parking area. We do have a neighbor next door with a dog that stays on their property. - You will have to cross over State Rt 89 and go down a longer set of stairs to access the private dock and lake front. Those with children and difficulty getting around, please be careful. - Due to this home being elevated and providing awesome views there is a sloped driveway so if it is slick conditions it is recommended to at least have an AWD car. - Enjoy a local waterfront restaurant (Wolffy's) that is walking distance (7 min walk).

Parking in driveway can accommodate 5-6 vehicles depending on size of vehicle. This location is easy to get around via car with 10 min drive to Seneca Falls and located on the Cayuga Wine Trail. Twenty min drive to Three Brothers Winery and begin accessing the Seneca Wine Trail. Our home does offer a main floor bedroom with king bed and main floor full bath with a walk-in shower with a small threshold. There are four (4) steps at the main entry.
